Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully disassemble the equipment and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized freight carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
